Numbers were drawn in the Billingham RUFC clubhouse
on Thursday 13th. January 2022 using a RANDOM NUMBER GENERATOR and the process was overseen by the following members, Keith Blenkinsopp, Stewie Evans, Ray Coulthard, Bob Bell and James Sanderson.
